Meetings are normally held on the second Wednesday of every month. Elected officers serve for a two year term and can be re-elected to a second two-year term. Only dues paying members are eligible to vote. Elections are held in August during a closed business meeting. Locations for the meetings will be determined by the hospitals that request to host the meetings, with the intent of rotating meetings between the northern Bay Area, East Bay Area and South Bay.
