Finding Perioperative RN Leaders

I work with a larger health care organization that is having problems finding and recruiting Periop RNs as well as Periop RN leaders.  The nurse recruiting manager is aware that there is national shortage of RNs in this specialty, but her managers need a bit of convincing.  We’ve checked with AORN and our normal research sources and research for this specific specialty is not available.

Can you suggest or are aware of any national or CA-specific info/trends/data/workforce availability/competitor intelligence that might be available for this about  group?
