  • Do facilities have a formal policy about how to handle staff RN employees who are under investigation by the BRN for violation of the Business and Professions Code (Nursing Practice Act)?  If yes, would they share a copy policy with me?
  • Do facilities require staff RN’s to notify them if the BRN has filed an “accusation” against him/her?
